Invalid Phone Number (invalid_parameter)

I keep getting this while transfering data  to Sendinblue. What is the valid number between freshsales suite to sendinblue? Where can I get a documentation about this valid number rules?

Hey there @Ryan Sribu!  This error is coming from Sendinblue, and doing a google search on this I found this help guide which details what they determine to be a valid number: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/7507111008658-What-is-a-valid-phone-number-
