Guys,

I need help connecting Gravity and Zap. I can see this has been going on for years, surely this should be fixed by now?? Not sure on whos end, but this is unacceptable. I’m finding forums on this constantly with no fix besides raising a ticket.

Can someone please ACTUALLY make an attempt at patching this “bug”.

Hi @nnristic

Good question.

Workaround is to use the Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On instead of the Zapier Add-On.

https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/webhooks/

The Zap trigger would be: Webhooks - Catch Hook

Hi @nnristic,

Welcome to the Zapier Community! Happy to help here.

If you haven’t yet, could you please try the steps found here:

If still no go, it would be best to try the steps outlined in this troubleshooting pages below:

If you are still running into issues after that, you will need to open a support ticket with Gravity Forms so they can assist you getting that connection working. https://www.gravityforms.com/support

Please let me know how it goes.

Update: Some users have found that using the plugin Basic Auth can cause this issue

Wouldn’t call this a workaround as that add-on requires the most expensive gravity forms license plan, for no reason. For something that should just work.

@nnristic

Gravity Forms Add-Ons license requirements…

  1. Webhooks Add-On requires Elite OR Pro license
  2. Zapier Add-On requires Elite license

Update- I just figured out that the plugin Basic Auth will cause this issue. https://github.com/WP-API/Basic-Auth
