Intermittent linking issues with Facebook Lead Ads data.

Zapier is used to automatically reflect information acquired through Facebook lead acquisition ads. The settings themselves don't seem wrong, but there are times when the automatic reflection is not linked.
I would like to know the possible causes of this and how to improve it.
