Interface page not loading on Android.

I'm a new learner on this platform. So, today I was supposed to learn the "interface" area. I clicked on it so I could create a form but it was not loading on phone browser. After loading for a long time it shows " this page took so long to load..."

 

 I have tried the following trouble shooting:

 

i. clearing the cache

ii. And removed unused tabs

ii. Updated the browser and I have been using destop mode.

 

Still to no positive result.

 

I believe at this point, I need help.

​@SolomonJude  It sounds like a performance issue on your phone browser. The “Interface” area may be heavy to load on mobile. Try accessing it on a desktop computer instead of a phone. If that’s not possible, use a different browser (like Chrome or Firefox) and make sure no other heavy apps or tabs are running. If it still doesn’t load, contact the platform’s support, as it might be a known loading issue on mobile.

I appreciate your response so much Hassan.

Though, I have tried using a different browser (not Firefox) but it's not working. 

I will use a pc and see what it looks like.
