Integrating PracticePanther with Mailchimp

Hi there,

I set up a Zap from PracticePanther (an intake form) to Mailchimp, and the double optin confirmation from Mailchimp is not arriving in my inbox after multiple attempts.  I tried setting the trigger as “create new contact” and tried it as “create new task” (in the PracticePanther section of Zapier) and neither seems to be working.  I’d love any advice on how to fix this so it works.  Thanks so much!

Welcome to the community. To troubleshoot issues with your Zapier integration between PracticePanther and Mailchimp, check your Zap History for failed tasks and ensure the PracticePanther trigger works by creating a new contact or task. Verify the Mailchimp action is set up correctly with the double opt-in option enabled. Check Mailchimp email settings to ensure the double opt-in email isn’t going to spam and that the test email address isn’t already subscribed. If issues persist, contact Zapier support for further assistance.
