Instantly API Connection Not Working

For some reason my Instantly api key isn’t connecting when trying to reconfigure my account in zapier. Getting this error:

 

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: The app returned "ERR_AUTH_FAILED".

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions
  3. Check out our help docs for more information

 

This only happened when I was editing my zap which I created almost a year ago. Otherwise it has been working fine this entire time.

TIP: Try using a new/different private browser to connect Instantly to Zapier

Try deleting and reconnecting the Instantly app connection to see if it fixes your issue. See more about it here- https://zapier.com/app/assets/connections.
