I am success in finding the the file from google using “Find a File in Google Drive” Zap. I am trying to use “Create Spreadsheet row in Google Sheets” Zap and inserting [File: (Exists but not shown)] in one of the field.

When tested it uploads a zapier link to the image, not the image itself.

Please advise

Hey there @jessie8o8, welcome to the Community! 🙂

I did some checking and it looks like you’d need to use Google Sheet’s IMAGE formula in order to embed the image into the cell. The formula looks like this =IMAGE(“IMAGEURL”)

Using it in the Zap would look something like this:

By default the formula will set the image to fit the cell but there are ways to change it’s sizing and how it fits within the cell. You can find out more about how to do that here: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/3093333?hl=en-GB

Hope that helps. If you run into any issues in setting that up just let us know!

Hi @jessie8o8

You’ll want to use the Web Content Link from GDrive for the file.
