I’m using both OptinMonster and WPForms on my website to collect. Integrations are set up both in WordPress and Constant Contact, and Zaps have been created. Still, none of the information submitted on my site arrives at Constant Contact. I have called CC (level 2 tech support), and they say the issue lies with Zapier. I just looked at my zaps again and tested everything out, but it still doesn’t work.
Any help would be much appreciated!

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible in the CONFIGURE tab.
Check your Zap Runs history for activity and to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

And if not, feel free to share some screenshots as Troy mentioned so we can double-check the set up of the Zap. Please use a tool like Zappy to remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing as this is a public space.
