Question

I've been missing some entries in my Zap, and no error in Zap history.

Hi there,

 

I have a zap that at the end adds a line to a spreadsheet.

 

It has been working well but over the last few days, it seems to have missed a couple of entries. (about 3 or so that I can see). 

In the zap history, it is saying it has successfully completed that step but it’s not there.

 

Does anyone have any reasons?

Check your Zap Runs DATA OUT to see the returned Row ID to help you troubleshoot.
