I put the same input value, but I get a different result (Delay unit operation)

I applied the exact same workflow as other zaps, but the result is different.

Date/Time formatter and Delay unit were used. If you test it, the result of Delay Until is One side comes out at +09:00 The other side is -05:00.

Because of this difference, I set up a text message at 2 p.m I get a text message at 4 a.m.

There are no other variables.

How can we solve this?

Hi @chrischrischris, let’s see if we can find the root of this timing trouble!

It looks like your screenshots are from two different Zaps, is that right?

If so, there are a couple of things that could be causing the change in timezone: the timezone on your account and the timezone for the Zap.

To check the timezone for your account go to your profile settings:

The timezone there is the timezone that will be used for Zaps by default, ie unless you set a Zap to a specific timezone.

To check the timezone of your Zap in the Zap details, which you can access from your Zaps page and the righthand sidebar of the Zap editor

The timezone is shown on the Zap details page:

Could you take a look at your profile settings and the Zap settings to make sure that they are all set to the same timezone? Let us know how you get on :)
