I only see the CONTACT EMAIL field, but nothing for the other information I am collecting (First Name and Last Name)
My Facebook Ad includes a LEAD FORM that is ultimately sending the contacts to my Active Campaign account.
My Facebook Lead Form is collecting EMAIL ADDRESS, FIRST NAME and LAST NAME, however only the CONTACT EMAIL field is shown on the Zap creation Active Campaign step (per attached image).
I see that I can add additional information, such as First Name and Last Name, but only under the CONTACT EMAIL field. Is this the proper way to add those additional fields of information, under the CONTACT EMAIL field or is there a separate process I am missing?

To integrate Facebook Lead Ads with ActiveCampaign using Zapier and successfully map additional fields like First Name and Last Name, start by ensuring your Facebook Lead Form is set up to collect all necessary fields. In the Zapier setup, choose the correct Lead Form during the Facebook Lead Ads trigger configuration to access the complete data. When configuring the ActiveCampaign action, you should be able to map these fields. If they don't appear, try using the "Show More" or "Customize" options in the Zap editor. Additionally, verify that the First Name and Last Name fields exist in your ActiveCampaign account; if they're custom fields, ensure they're properly created. Once confirmed, you can map the corresponding fields from Facebook Lead Ads to ActiveCampaign. After mapping, test your Zap to safeguard the data transfers correctly.
