I need to merge/transfer an email to another email, but password reset doesn't work

Hey Zapier team and beyond. The email is not being sent. I have done this like 10 times. Not in trash, spam or anything. Zapier is simply not sending the password reset. If someone could help,. that would be helpgul. I need to disconnect the Google Account from the email.
