I cannot connect meta account to Zapier: "You can't connect to Zapier Inc. with this account" error

Meta cannot connect?

Does anyone know why I can’t connect?

    Hello ​@patiencec 
    That error usually means you’re logged into a Meta account that doesn’t have the right permissions for the Facebook Page, Ad Account, or Business Manager you’re trying to connect.

    Try this
    Log out of Facebook completely and reconnect in an incognito window
    Make sure you’re using the profile that has Admin access in Meta Business Manager

    If it still fails, it’s almost always a permissions issue on the Meta side rather than Zapier itse

      Hi there ​@patiencec! 👋 Did you have any luck connecting your Meta account after giving drtanvisachar's suggestions a try? 

      If not, can you try selecting the “Zapier” app instead of the "Zapier Inc.” app when connecting and let us know if that fixes it?
