Sorry to hear that your TikTok forms aren’t available to select in the Zap. This usually happens when the TikTok Ads Manager account isn’t connected with Admin access but you both mentioned that you already have the necessary permissions in place.
So I did some digging and found a Support ticket for another user that ran into the same issue. In their case, the forms were missing because they had been created in Business Manager and then published to the Ad Account.
Could you both check whether the missing forms were also created in Business Manager?
If they were, try creating a new form directly in your TikTok Ad Account (rather than through Business Manager), following the steps in TikTok’s official integration guide. Then let me know if the new form appears in your Zap.
