I can't see all my PDF Monkey templates

Hello, I have a question and I want to know if it’s a Zapier bug or a PDF Monkey bug:

  1. I created a PDF Monkey template named “A”
  2. I added a PDF Monkey Zap action and logged in with my credentials.
  3. I want to select inside this PDFMonkey step the template “A” but I can’t see it. It doesn’t show up. I can see other templates but not these recent ones.
  4. I’ve reconnected the account already and still no luck.

Do you guys know what’s going on?

It was a pagination issue on PDF Monkey’s side. They deployed a bug fix and its working now. Thanks for your time.

Hi @Soporte BC!

I can’t see a known issue with PDFMonkey that sounds like this, so let’s see if we can work this out together.

Have you selected the Workspace before the template?

I’m guessing that you probably have if you can see other template, but I wanted to double check. Also, if you have try re-selecting it before looking at the Templates again.

The other thing that you could try is to click the ‘Refresh fields’ button, which is at the bottom of the step when you’re setting up any Zapier action.

Could you give those a go and let us know how you get on? Thanks!
