Hi, i’m Fracnesco, i’m texting couse i need to create an automation using my client’s ad account… i’m partner in that fb ad account and i cant connect it…. ive done it several time so i know how to do.., but all times that i log in facebook through zapier and i set the fb page and the ad account, i clich on finish and zapier give me error 404….

Anyone how know how to solve?

Thanks for letting me know! I want to confirm that you have the correct permissions for your Facebook users:

  1. You need to be a Facebook Page Admin.
  2. Please grant Zapier view and edit access in your Business Settings.
  3. In the Additional Business Integration Settings, ensure that the “Who can see you use this business integration?” field is set to Public.
  4. Some Facebook accounts may require additional permissions to be authorized to post, so make sure your Identity is confirmed in your Identity Confirmation settings.

I also checked the status of both Zapier and Meta (Facebook), and everything nothing is currently down on their end. If this issue persists after following above, could you please provide the complete API error message? This is the part where mentioned a 404 error—could you share the entire response and also a video on how you are replicating this?
