It was previously added in zapier for our company account but it got disconnected but when we try to add it back that’s the error that we are getting.

One workaround is to use the WPForms Webhooks add-on: https://wpforms.com/addons/webhooks-addon/
The Zap trigger would be Webhooks - Catch Hook.

It sure does but when you go to zapier it says I need to reconnect it but getting the error (see the screenshot from my original message)

Try disconnecting in both apps then reconnecting.
You may need to try different orders of operations.
