I have created and published my zap but it still isn’t pushing the information into my CRM.

I am not seeing errors and I have waited for over 2 hours and nothing has updated.

I would prefer to have the call notes and tasks put in as well but so far it is only showing me the recording to save into activities.

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap step are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible in the CONFIGURE tab

Hi ​@Nicole Converse 👋 How are things going - were you able to get this sorted? 

If so, would you be up for sharing some details on what the fix was? This could be really useful for others that might be experiencing similar troubles syncing AgencyBloc with RingCentral 🙏

And if it’s still not updating, feel free to send over some screenshots as Troy mentioned so we can check there’s no issues on the set up. Use a tool like Zappy to remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing as this is a public space.
