in the table it is set to Link field but in the Kanban (see above) its not an actual link. need it to be a hyperlink

From the screenshot we can’t tell which app you are using.
Post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined to give must more context.
That looks to be a custom field in whatever app is being used, so check the app’s help docs about configuring custom fields.

it is Zapier forms using KanBan (in subject). in the Zapier table the field is a link field and is clickable. in the Kanban view it shows only as text and is not clickable. not really sure what else i can say.
