HubSpot to Constant Contact issue: Second Zap isn't working

Hi,

 

I have two automations set.

  1. Add new HubSpot contact to constant contact contacts.
  2. Take that new constant contact contact and update it to be added to a list. 

I do not have the premium version of zapier so i decided to do it with two different zaps. 

The first automation is working but not the second. I tried reconnecting constant contact, still nothing. 

 

Please help.

The Constant Contact Zap trigger step is scheduled and can take up to 15 minutes to fire for a Zapier FREE plan.

Check your Zap Runs history details for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how the Zap step with the error is configured in EDIT mode with all the field mappings.

Every other field beyond whats visible in the screenshots are blank

Hi ​@bk13,

It looks like the issue here is the mapped data on the “Contact ID” field. The Contact ID field looks for the ID and not the email address. Could you please try remapping that field with the Contact ID from the trigger?
