HubSpot contact was created, but there was no information in the fields.

I tried creating a zap with the trigger event from MOJO dialer and an action in HUBSPOT. The triggering event was when a new contact is created in MOJO, create a new contact in HUBSPOT.

I tested and published the zap.

I went to MOJO to create a new contact so I could test out the zap.

I checked HUBSPOT and a contact WAS created but there was NO information in any of the fields.

How can I resolve this issue?

Good question.

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot.
