Here’s what I have so far:
Step 1: zap is triggered when a new order is submitted on my website order form.
Step 2+3: date reformatted, then new dropbox folder is created, which is named using the reformatted date.
Step 4: new record is created in my project management software (smartsuite).
The problem:
It looks like I should be able to add the link for that drobpox folder from the earlier step but I can’t get it to work. both steps work independently, the new record is created in smartsuite and the new dropbox folder is also created.
Now I just want to make sure that record gets updated with the dropbox link. I tried a workaround using “Update Record”, but it only gives me the option to select existing records in my project management board. I don’t have the option to select the record created in the earlier step.
