Please reference the attached screenshot. I created a Zap: Once a Calendly invitee is created, a new lead in Kartra is created. I tested the Zap, but the Calendly invitee did not appear in Kartra. How do I get the Zap to work?

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap step 2 is configured in EDIT mode in the CONFIGURE tab with the field mappings visible.

NOTE: Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Based on the screenshot below, it appears you are using a dummy record from Calendly Zap step 1. (e.g. email has john.doe)

Make sure you test Zap step 1 to get real data to use to configure and test the Zap action steps.

 

 


We were able to get the Calendly_Kartra Zap to work, but the Calendly invitee’s first and last name both appear in the Kartra first name field. In order to correct this mapping issue, another Zap is required. In order to implement another Zap, we need to upgrade to a paid plan. Shouldn’t one Zap work as this is basic mapping?
