How to troubleshoot the Zap between Calendly and Kartra

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap step 2 is configured in EDIT mode in the CONFIGURE tab with the field mappings visible.

Based on the screenshot below, it appears you are using a dummy record from Calendly Zap step 1. (e.g. email has john.doe)

Make sure you test Zap step 1 to get real data to use to configure and test the Zap action steps.

We were able to get the Calendly_Kartra Zap to work, but the Calendly invitee’s first and last name both appear in the Kartra first name field. In order to correct this mapping issue, another Zap is required. In order to implement another Zap, we need to upgrade to a paid plan. Shouldn’t one Zap work as this is basic mapping?

Were you able to fix the Zap so that the last name from Calendy only appeared in the the Last Name field in Kartra? 

If not, in your last screenshot it looks like you’ve got the right fields mapped, so it could be that Calendly is sending over the full name within that Invitee First Name field instead of just the first name. 🤔 Can you share a screenshot showing a recent run from the Zap history showing the Data Out from the Calendly trigger so we can see if that’s the case?
