I’ve read the documentation and community posts but have been stuck on this for two days. I just want this step to lookup spreadsheet row and find the right value. As you can see this zap recognizes my drive, my spreadsheet, my worksheet, and the keywords column. Try Lookup value and bupkus! No value from my spreadsheet gets represented in this step. I’ve tried changing the different lookup columns for laughs and there’s no available spreadsheet value there either. If I manually type in a keyword, it works. But that’s not what we want here.
Desperately in search of some solution here, please. This is like the simplest thing. I don’t know why it isn’t working.
