How can I set up Zapier to track multiple records when automating data into AirTable through a Zap automation? The data comes from a property management system. When I test the first step on a Zap, it only limits me to test the most 3 recent records.

Zapier’s test interface only shows a limited number of sample records (usually 1–3) from your trigger app, this is by design, and does not reflect how many records the Zap will process when live. When the Zap is turned on, it will process each new record that comes in.
