How to set up a Slack new file trigger for all users in Zapier

Hi There, 

i have setup up a new automation where the trigger is a new file in a slack channel. the zapier slack step requests a user but i want it to be for all users to the channel.

Does zapier have any built in variables to help with this?

Welcome to the Community.

 

To trigger your Zap for new files from any user in a Slack channel, leave the 'User' field blank when setting up the Slack step. This ensures Zapier detects uploads from all users, not just a specific one. If your Zap is already set up, edit it and clear the 'User' field in the 'Edit Options' step.
