I have a Zap where my CRM is the trigger — whenever a new lead comes in, it triggers my AI tool to make a call. However, I only want these calls to happen after hours (5 PM to 9 AM) and on weekends.
I’ve already tried using the Formatter to adjust the time and added Filters to restrict the Zap, but it still keeps triggering during business hours (between 9 AM and 5 PM on weekdays).
Can anyone help me figure out the correct way to set up the time filter so that my Zap doesn’t trigger during 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays?
