Question

How to retrieve an email attachment using the IMAP trigger in Zapier?

Hi everyone,

I'm using the IMAP by Zapier trigger to start a Zap whenever a new email arrives.

However, it seems that this trigger does not provide direct access to the actual email attachments (binary files).

My goal is to retrieve those attachments and then upload them to a WebDAV server using a PUT request via Webhooks by Zapier.

Is there a way to extract the binary attachment from the IMAP trigger?

Best Regards,

Hi @jerpic

You may need to try using a different email app to get email attachments.

e.g. Zap trigger: Gmail - New Attachment
