How to resolve the 'Failed to find a spreadsheet row' error in Zapier with GSheet

Hi,

Main Goal:

I want Zapier to find the product link from the GSheet I created, then add it to the email body and send an outbound email.

Context:

There is a form included in the process, which I think causes the error. The form is vital and should be included in the process. It is a squarespace form, a plugin to be specific.

Hi @incrementality_insider,

Welcome to the Community.

If you see you're an error when Zapier tries to find a row in Google Sheets, it usually means the search criteria didn't match any data. Double-check that your criteria match the sheet, ensure your sheet has a proper header row with unique column names, and confirm the spreadsheet is shared with the connected Google account. Also, test your trigger to ensure it's pulling the correct data. Once the row is found successfully, you can use the product link in a follow-up email.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
