I’ve been trying to set up a zap with Certileads and haven’t found any info to address the invalid lead type issue. When creating the lead in Sierra, it fails for “leadType has invalid value. Valid values: Buyer, Seller, Both.” The lead type comes in as “seller_lead” or “buyer_lead”. Is there formatting to change that to the appropriate valid value to create my lead in the CRM?

Try using Formatter in Zapier to format the lead. You can probably use Lookup Tables to do this. Here is a helpful article about it- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496305146765-Create-lookup-tables-in-Zaps.
