I’ve set up a New Pin trigger but when I pin a GIF and test it, its converted into a JPG.

Hi @bartoloroig

For us to have more info, post screenshots about what you are referring to and how your Zap steps are outlined/configured.

Hi there, @bartoloroig 👋

Just came across this and wanted to check how it’s going. Were you able to get this solved?

If not, when you pin the GIF image in Pinterest, does the Zap only receive a JPG version of it—or does the Pinterest trigger supply a GIF, but it gets converted to JPG when it’s posted on Discord?

We don’t have access to your Zaps, so if you can share some screenshots, showing what’s output by the Pinterest trigger when a GIF is pinned, along with the Data In and Data Out from the Discord action, that’ll help us get a better idea of where the unwanted conversion is happening. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing—you can use a tool like Zappy for that.

Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂
