I Some phones have dark mode turned on and as such the chatbot icon is showing poorly. I have tried installing a transparent png but it does not work. Any solutions possible?

Chatbots might not support dark mode. However, I’d recommend reaching out to our Zapier Chatbots Team to take a closer look at this issue.

I see you reached out to our Support team and they were able to help out. Sharing their suggestion here in case it’s helpful for others with a similar issue:

“To resolve this, I recommend:

  • Replacing the JPG with a transparent PNG. The logo can still include white elements, but the area surrounding it should be transparent. This should eliminate the white box effect in Brave’s Night Mode.
  • Alternatively, you can disable Night Mode in Brave if updating the file isn’t an option right away.”

As changing the icon from a JPG to a PNG appears to have done the trick, I’ll mark this as the best answer.
