How to link my optimonster to a Zap - drag the info onto a email

Hi there, please see attached my images - it might make it Easyier to understand 

 

but on one of my webpages, i have a optiomonster pop up - asking for a customers email and some details - description 

 

and then wanted to create a zap to send me a automated email with the email and desciption 

Ive managed to get the email but none of the description - please help

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some investigating, and it looks like the OptinMonster "New Lead" trigger doesn't provide the actual sample data. Because of this, some data might not get captured by the trigger's sample data.

We've received similar feedback from other users and have an open feature request for this. I've added your email address to the list of interested users. While we don't have a specific timeline for implementing this feature, we'll let you know via email if it becomes available!

In the meantime, there is a workaround you can try: using the custom pill method. We have detailed instructions on how to do this in a Community post, which you can find here:
