Hi, I am looking into the capability of Zapier to link our Dynamics 365 CRM with Monday.com and am having issues updating Custom Entities within D365.

I have set up the Trigger event in Monday.com with no issues. On Step 2 I have chosen “Update Custom Entity”.

In the Config stage the Entity was located in the “Custom Entity Action” field using the CRM field Name, but when I go into the second drop-down “Custom Entity” I am presented with just a list of logical names

I have searched in our CRM and the only Name field is the one entered into the first drop down box. I can see the Entity fields listed at the bottom of the window so I know I am in the right place, but have no idea how to proceed. Any assistance or guidance would be gratefully received!

  • Action: Application
    • This is the type of Entity to use
