I have created a Zap to add contact details from a New Click up task custom user fiedls to Outlook contacts. The Zap says it has sent these to Outlook but I cannot see these in Outlook;

Make sure to test with a ClickUp Task that has values for those custom fields.

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap step are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
