How to get Zapier to recognize new MyCase events for Zoom meetings

I’m building a Zap to pull new event data from MyCase so it can automatically create a Zoom meeting and send invites to the event participants. However, when I run the test step in Zapier, it only retrieves old events from MyCase, not the new ones I just created.

I’ve tried creating and updating events in MyCase and using “Find new records,” but the test data never refreshes.

How can I get Zapier to recognize and test newly created MyCase events?

Hi @Legal

Some Zap app integrations do not return the 3 most recent example records, only representative example records to use to configure the Zap action steps.

Try configuring the Zap action steps, then turn the Zap ON, test live, and check the Zap Run history to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

You can use this workaround to get Zap trigger examples from live Zap Runs: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/35632951078029-Use-previous-Zap-runs-as-trigger-test-records
