How to format data correctly when using Zapier with HubSpot and Upbase

Hi, I just got Zapier and I was able to zap a form fill on my website to my calendar,  email, hubspot and upbase (project Management software).

 

I got the data moving which is good, but it doesn't come in formatted properly. For example…

 

Company

Contact

Phone

Email

Etc.

 

Will come in on 1 line and look like…

 

Company contact phone email etc.

 

I tried using formatter, with no luck.

 

I'd appreciate any help.

Welcome to the Community.

 

If your form data is being combined into a single line instead of separate fields, check your Zapier field mapping. Ensure each form field (Company, Contact, Phone, Email) is correctly mapped to its corresponding field in your apps. After updating the mapping, test your Zaps to confirm the data is sent correctly.
