How to fix line breaks in the mobile version of an automated email?
I set up a zap to automatically send an email whenever a new row is added in Google spreadsheet containing an email address. But when viewing the message on a mobile device, it has strange line breaks even though I’ve completely ‘cleaned’ the text multiple times. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? See below - vertical red lines indicate line breaks where they shouldn’t be (some text has been blurred for privacy).

Sorry to hear you’re running into this issue as well. Can you post a screenshot here (in this thread not over a private message) of how your Send Email action is currently set up so we can take a closer look? Also, can you share a screenshot showing how the email itself appears so we can see where the line breaks are being added? Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing—you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
That said, are the line breaks occurring every 78 characters? If so, it might to do with this:
In which case you’d need to switch the Body Type for the email to HTML instead of Plain, and use HTML formatting to add the line breaks to the correct place.
