Je souhaite déclencher la création d’une société, puis d’un contact, puis d’une transaction dans Hubspot dès que je reçois un paiement sur HelloAsso. Voici ce que j’ai fait : 

 

 

J’ai plusieurs questions : 

  • comment faire si la société existe déjà ? (je n’ai pas trouver le “update ou create”
  • comment ajouter une condition du type “si c’est un particulier”, ne pas créer de contact”

et enfin, j’ai un souci car la transaction se créée mais n’est pas lié au contact. voici ce que j’ai mis : 

 

ou y’a-t-il un souci ? je ne trouve pas.

je suis en Free plan.

For Company, use this Zap action: HubSpot - Find Company

Enable the checkbox for Create Company if not found.

So the step becomes Find/Create Company.

 

For Transaction, try this Zap action; HubSpot - Create Associations

Thanks so much for all your answers. It helped me a lot.

Last question for Associations : I tried to do so to create asso between contact and deal created by zapier from Helloasso to Hubspot. I have troubles because I can find the contact ID created by zapier, but not the deal ID created in the step after : the workflow suggests a pick up list directly from the database and not a fields list.

 

 

when I click on “choose value”  :

Use the field ...] button to change to ‘Custom’ mode, then use the +] button to map a variable from a previous Zap step.
