Hi,

I am Sabina.

I’ve created a Sales Agent on Vapi to make outbound calls.
The second step, I wanted to create an automated workflow.
Here’s the structure of the process I want to create:
📌 PROCESS STRUCTURE

  1. A new lead arrives on Monday.com
  2. Zapier triggers VAPI and the AI bot calls the lead
  3. The AI bot collects information and transcribes the call
  4. Zapier updates Monday.com with the call status and summary

I always get stuck when connecting Vapi with Zapier. It always gives me an error. I’ve tried using the AI help and watched YouTube videos, but I can’t figure it out...
Could someone help me with some tips or advices?

I did a quick check on our integrations, and it looks like Vapi hasn't built an integration with us yet.

Most new Zapier integrations are built by the company or team that created the app, so I'd recommend you also encourage their team to add their app to Zapier via our developer platform: https://zapier.com/platform

Nevertheless, I've added your vote to our internal app wishlist, and we'll be sure to let you know if/when this app is added to Zapier.
