How to connect Pipedrive and LinkedIn with Zapier for prospecting

Hello,

 

I hope you are well.

 

I would like to connect Zapier with Pipedrive and LinkedIn for prospecting purposes. I have created the automation, but I am encountering an obstacle. I feel that this is a problem that can be quickly resolved; I need an expert opinion.    Can someone please help me?

Hi ​@MME 

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode
  • the encountered error/issue
  • info about about the issue

Can you share what step is failing and the exact error message?

Quick heads up: Zapier can’t connect to standard LinkedIn personal profiles due to LinkedIn’s API limits, but LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms is supported and can send leads into Pipedrive.

Are you using a Custom App you created on LinkedIn to connect with Zapier? If so then you’ll need to update it’s scope to read messages.
