I’m trying to do a zap to add someone to my email list in Kit (formerly ConvertKit). When I get to Add Subscriber to Sequence (or even add to tag), and try to connect my Kit account, it says on the page to Grant Access to Zapier but when I click that button it says to select an item from the drop down list, but that list is empty. How do I get past this?

Ok turns out the answer is you can’t do this if you aren’t a paid Kit subscriber. We’re still on the free plan.

Thanks for raising this issue. You may be running into a limitation tied to the subscription level of the app you're connecting to, possibly Kit. Many apps restrict certain features to paid plans. To move forward, review your current plan's features, consider alternative workflows, or upgrade if the missing feature is essential. You can also reach out to the app's support for more clarity.
