I'm struggling to finalize an automated process for routing incoming files to their respective client and project folders. Despite meticulously setting up Zapier filters that pass all test runs, and confirming new file detection, the files simply aren't moving from the 'Incoming' directory. This issue has persisted through multiple troubleshooting attempts and is becoming quite frustrating. I'm hoping someone can offer insights or a fresh perspective on what I might be missing.

Hi @Mariel Brand Lab

What apps are you trying to use in the Zap steps? (names)

For us to have more context, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible in the CONFIGURE tab.

Hi Troy,

Thank you for reaching out. I'm currently setting up Zaps, and the steps I'm utilizing involve Google Drive. I've already uploaded my images as part of the process/testing.

Review all of the feedback below carefully.

You can use Paths: https://zapier.com/apps/paths/integrations#help

Each Path has a Filter step.

Help links for using Filter: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/integrations#help

Screenshots do not show the Zap trigger step.

For Zap step 5, you have a static File selected.

You need to use the [...] button at the right of the field to change to “Custom” mode, then map the variable for the ID of the File to use to make the Zap step dynamic.

This is not a valid Filter condition statement.
You can’t use ORs like this.

Each of those would need to be their own Filter condition separated by an OR group.

Your screenshots shows a Filter condition that is not completed.
