I have automation in zapier triggered by a new ticket created in HubSpot for presales ticket pipeline only, then create a folder in google drive where folder name is the ticket name, look for files in the templates folder, copy and move the files from the template folder to the folder created in google drive where named after the ticket name. it has to be dynamic but I do not know why it’s not working. I do not know how dynamic works or what are the correct fields to put.

Hi @troy,

This is what I did. Steps 1 to 3 tested right but for step 4, I want it dynamic.

This is for step 4.

Step 6 is definitely not right, need help to fix this.

@ehn

How do you want Zap step 4 to be dynamic?

For fields with [...] at the right, click the button to change between “Static”/”Custom” mode.

In custom mode, you can click the [+] button to map variables from previous steps.

@ehn

For Zap step 5, the File field expects the File ID.

TIP: Click field labels that are underlined to see a tooltip with more info.

@ehn

Since Zap step 4 can return multiple files, you will need to use the Looping Zap app to iterate thru each returned file.
