I have an interface setup where tenants submit maintenance problems. As part of it, they can upload images.

I want to attached the images, or at least link them, in an email, but I can’t seem to get it to pull through into a list, or a set of attachments. Is anybody able to help?

This is how it is pulling through at the moment:

Hi @BournenCo

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Help links about using files in Zaps: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288813453-Send-files-in-Zaps

If you are trying to using images in the body of the email, then you will need to use an HTML IMG tag: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_img.asp

Images need to be hosted and the link to the image file need to be a publicly accessible direct download link.

If you are trying to send images as attachments on an email, then you the link to the image file need to be a publicly accessible direct download link.
