There used to be an option where i could write the name of the variant I want to create. But now that options is gone. So how am I supposed to map the variants to their price and descriptions?

Sorry to hear you’ve no longer able to set the name for new variants. Presumably the Create Product Variant action that Troy suggested is the same one that’s no longer providing that name (title) field, correct?
If so, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team to get this investigated further, in case there’s a bug that is preventing the field from loading in that action.
