How do I take an action in Podio when my trigger doesn't give me all required fields?

Im connecting FB ads Leads to the CRM Podio

On Step 2 of connecting to Podio under “Set Up Action” Ive got the customers name, number, email address as required field in my CRM but the rest of the information is not required. However, Zapier has customers name, number, email address + 2 more boxes (home address and number of bedrooms) with required field which shouldn’t be required. I cantt move on to the next step because of this.

In the FB lead form I dont ask customers for their property address and number of bedrooms so how will Zapier get that information?

Hi @Umair Shaikh 

Good question.

Check Podio to see if you can adjust those settings to make those fields to not be required.

Then refresh the Zap step to see if those fields become not required.

Yes that worked, although I had to wait 10-15 minutes rather then just refreshing the page.
