Im currntly creating a automated workflow. Where users input data into a Google Form(Sheets), then I have a Google Docs template. I’m trying to have it where the data within Google Form is automated to fill in the correct fields. But when I go setup the “Create Documents From Template” option. I do not see anywhere to map out the data to specfic fields.

I was following this guide https://zapier.com/blog/create-autopopulate-google-docs-template/ but get stuck at “map the data...” step due to not finding it when I do it.

Here is a picture of what I see(I do not see and option to map out fields from the sheets):


Here is a picture of the test. None of the fields pop up other then the “title? and I see no option to map them out:
