I want the Task is Completed to be listed separately so that I have 7 separate outputs

Try this: Formatter > Text > Split

Return each as separate fields.

I believe this is what you mean, if yes the out put is still not separating

  • Formatter > Utilities > Line Items to Text
  • Formatter > Text > Split
